At KaalatheBeauty, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you under the following terms:

Under what conditions can I return or replace my product?
You may request a return or replacement if:

  • A wrong product was delivered
  • You received an expired product
  • The product was physically damaged or tampered with (including damaged packaging)
  • Your order is incomplete (i.e., missing products)

When will return/replacement requests not be accepted?
We are unable to process return or replacement requests if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered
  • The original packaging (including mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing
  • The request is raised after 7 days from the delivery date
  • The damage or missing product is reported after 2 days from delivery

How are returns processed?
Once your return request is approved:

  • A pickup will be scheduled within 5–7 business days via our courier partners
  • The product will be sent to our warehouse for quality inspection
  • If the product clears the inspection, your refund will be processed

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • Log into your My Account section
  • Navigate to your order and click the “Cancel” button
  • Provide a reason, and we will process the cancellation

Note:

  • Orders can only be cancelled until the status is “Ready to Ship.”
  • KaalatheBeauty reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.
  • We may verify orders before dispatch via email or phone.

How will I receive the refund for a cancelled or returned product?

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank account, etc.) within 7 business days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to share your bank details for refund processing

How long does it take to receive a refund?

  • For cancelled orders, refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • For returned items, refunds are initiated only after the product passes our quality check, which may take up to 2 weeks from the pickup date

Can I return part of my order?
Yes, individual items from your order may be returned as long as they:

  • Meet the return eligibility criteria
  • Are returned within 7 days of delivery
